Patio Addition
We had (Contractor) pour a half moon patio in front of the porch. We gave him the instruction to leave a 15″ gap between the sidewalk and this patio so we could plant bushes for a hedge. We have had several nice compliments about the patio. He did the work in the week he stated he could do it. rrive on time: He came back a couple of days later to spread the leftover sand around and to take up his forms. He’s quiet but does really nice work.
Remove Replace Section of Driveway
He was on time, it was a call-as-you-go appt anyway. He called immediately before and was on-time for both the estimate appointment and the work. He hauled off the old concrete and maintained the integrity of my property while he was here. I dont have any problems with his work. I would recommend him to my friends. Replaced Driveway and Sidewalk
I was very satisfied. I’ve gotten compliments from the neighbors telling me how nice it looks. In fact he came last Tuesday, tore it out, then came back Wednesday morning early, trying to beat the rain, (which he did). He was all done by 2:oo pm. (There were) just two of them too. They move fast. Oh yes, (arrived on time) in fact he was here when he said he’d be. He was worried about the rain. On Wednesday morning a truck came and brought the sand and hauled off the concrete. What sand was left over he took care of.
Poured Concrete Patio
He set our telescoping flag pole in our front yard for us. Poured concrete patio and sidewalk. Excellent job, it looks so nice. He cleaned up well after himself, you wouldnt know he’d been there if you hadnt seen the final product.
Remove Concrete Steps and Smooth Out
He did a good job. You can tell he tried very hard that he did a good job. I asked him to send me a finalized bill, to have a record of what he did. He was more than happy to do that. He got it right out to us.
Created Positive Drainage in Patio
The concrete he cut looks nice. It doesnt look like it was patched. It’s a really nice, straight cut. It blended in.
